Allegations Of Animal Abuse Pile Up For Operator Of Cellular Pet Salon In San Jose
Rachel Murphy is deeply concerned about the experience that his five-pound Toto had last weekend. Rachel claims that a groomer taped Toto r’s mouth shut when it was bitten. This resulted in the dog looking bloody and being distressed.
Rachel said, "My pup was clearly in distress. What I originally thought was an actual muzzle, turned out to actually be tape. Toto r's feet were visible red and damaged, with toenails that were too close to paws. This likely triggered Toto r biting.

Rachel said, "Juliann told me that tapering the mouth shut was a normal, acceptable method. He claimed it is better than using a muzzle which, according to him, can be harmful for dogs. He also said he personally used this method on his dog."
